Biryani

Vegan, wheat free and sugar free. This is great to have in the esky at a doof, with some wraps nearby. When you are hungry simply put a few spoonsfull in a wrap and off you go. Sometimes I add sliced tomato or vegan cheese to the wrap as well.

Vegan, wheat free, sugar free nutritious bread. Doesn’t require any equipment other than a mixing bowl, bread tin and an oven. This is an adaptation of the My New Roots Life-changing Loaf of Bread (I use sultanas instead of maple syrup as the latter is too sweet – plus I don’t use salt).

Ingredients:
1 ½ cups […]

1 cup melted coconut oil
1 cup cocoa
1 cup raw unsalted cashews
½ cup sultanas (optional)
¼ cup shredded coconut (optional)
